Victory Oil Sweeper^® (VOS) 

Continuous research and design improvements based on many practical applications resulted in a new concept with all the advantages of the proven Koseq rigid sweeping arm system: the Koseq Victory Oil Sweeper^®

We developed the new rigid sweeping arm to serve our clients, like ship owners and Coast Guards, with smaller vessels which have  little or no deck space. This enables  recovery of oil spills from rivers, estuaries, deltas, offshore installations and drilling rigs.

Koseq has designed and patented this  new rigid sweeping arm system which consists of two self floating movable arm sections and a centre floatation skimmer house, incorporated with all the advantages of the existing Koseq rigid sweeping arm systems.

The  arm of the Victory Oil Sweeper is  smaller in the folded mode and gains length when folded out.

Some of the advantages of the Victory Oil Sweeper^® are:

-       The angle of the rigid sweeping arm is  adjustable to the circumstances. This means  there is a choice between a larger sweeping area, or higher sweeping speed with a  minimised angle .

-       Extra pumping capacity is achieved due to the installation of a second pump.

Belt or brush skimmers can also be used, and these are  easy to install due to exchangeable oil collecting chambers.

The oil collection chambers can also be easily  replaced for a debris collecting unit, which serves to make  the Victory Oil Sweeper^® multifunctional .
